Glopin Healthcare Consultants would like to keep all members informed about the attached communication shared by the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) regarding the Keyhealth Medical Scheme being placed under provisional curatorship by the Pretoria High Court on the 16th of September 2020.
Please take note that while the scheme has been placed under curatorship due to certain corporate governance irregularities, the scheme is still in a financially sound position. Therefore, there is no need for any concern on the part of Keyhealth Medical Scheme members and service providers regarding the day-to-day operations of the scheme.
