Job Vacancy - Glopin Healthcare Consultants

Glopin Healthcare Consultants (Medical Aid brokerage) requires the services of:

• Full-time Sales Consultant at our Port Elizabeth office (Xhosa speaking would be an advantage)

• Part-time Sales/Admin Assistant at our Cape Town office (Afrikaans speaking would be an advantage)

The successful applicant will be required to grow the existing member base within the private and local government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of medical aid and related products within the private and local government sectors.
  • General servicing of medical aid members
  • Prepare quotations
  • Liaising with and resolving medical aid queries on the client’s behalf
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with local government payroll and HR officials
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client and service records
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Compiling sales/service reports

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12-qualification
  • Relevant Qualification (Minimum NQF 5 – preferably in financial planning, Wealth
  • Management or alike) will be an advantage.
  • (RE5) Regulatory Examination for representatives, compulsory
  • Product-specific qualifications will be an advantage

Personal Attributes and skills:

  • Own insured transport, and driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Results driven
  • Willingness to undertake business travel across South Africa
